Refund & Return Policy

At RelaxedSpace Furniture, operated by Aurora eCommerce LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging (or packaging of equivalent protection)
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of assembly

Items that have been assembled, used, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. RelaxedSpace Furniture is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition other than original

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
